These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Clean A Lot ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By requesting or receiving services from Clean A Lot, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Clean A Lot provides commercial lot sweeping, property and facility sweeping, industrial sweeping, and exterior property maintenance services across Delaware, Eastern Maryland, Lower Pennsylvania, and South Jersey.
Service scope, frequency, and scheduling will be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of service.
2. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the property at the scheduled service time.
If access is restricted due to locked gates, blocked entrances, vehicles, construction, weather conditions, or other obstructions, service may be rescheduled or billed as a missed visit.
3. Property Conditions
Clean A Lot is not responsible for:

Pre-existing property damage

Damage caused by loose gravel, unstable pavement, or deteriorated surfaces

Debris concealed under parked vehicles or equipment

Hazardous materials not disclosed prior to service
Clients are responsible for notifying us of any known hazards.
4. Illegal Dumping & Bulk Debris
Removal of illegally dumped items, bulk waste, hazardous materials, or special disposal items may incur additional charges beyond standard service rates.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:

Late payments may incur fees

Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services
6. Weather & Force Majeure
Service may be delayed due to severe weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Clean A Lot will make reasonable efforts to reschedule missed services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean A Lot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services performed.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as outlined in the service contract.
Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
9. Changes to Terms
Clean A Lot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
